The CPE or Customer Premises Equipment table is designed for a
variety of equipment types and system groups. Therefore, you may record
information about telephone equipment, data communications systems or other
types of equipment. In addition, you may record detailed information about
sub-components of each system group.
The [Location and Brand/Vendor Information] tab is designed for
recording vendors, manufacturers and system group information.
The [Warranty and Service Information] tab is designed for recording
warranty/maintenance coverages and remote administration information.
The [CPE Components] tab shows a database table designed for recording
detailed information about related.

Export Or Import Records
On the left window highlight a record that you wish to 'export'. Multiple
records can be exported or added to the 'export' file that appears in the
right window. However, you must export them one-at-a-time. The Export process
will not over-write an existing file or record. Optionally you may delete any
record that may already exist in the 'export' file that appears in the right
window.
Telco
Manager (TelcoMgr) is a
telecommunication management database designed to help you accurately record
your business telephone and data services. The program includes a database
that can be used for multiple customers for vendor maintenance or for a
single end-user tracking multiple departments or office locations. A
comprehensive database is included for asset management, equipment, systems
and sub-components. TelcoMgr is network-compatible and can be used by
multiple users simultaneously.
